Stark Wilson Duncan Architect's portfolio contains numerous project types of various uses and construction costs. Founded in 1935, SWD has experience in a wide project range, with an emphasis on housing, health care, office, interior and restaurant design. In recent years, SWD has developed a proficiency for the master planning, historic renovation, and adaptive reuse of many projects throughout the state of Missouri. These projects comply with the Federal Historic Tax Credit and the State of Missouri Historic Tax Credit requirements. This historic renovation experience has allowed SWD to complete over 85 historic renovation projects. These featured projects are just a few examples of SWD's experience.
