BOARD OF TRADE

The elegant Board of Trade building at 500 Delaware was situated in the heart of town when it was completed in 1877. Then it was called the Armour Bank building with the Board of Trade located above the bank. The Midwest became the bread basket of the world and the Kansas City Board of Trade the nationally recognized leader in grain cash and futures markets. Since then the building has been converted into 27 loft apartments with 1st floor commercial lease space.

SWD services included schematic design, construction documents and construction administration.
