CENTURY TOWERS

Historic renovation and adaptive reuse to apartments.

Built in 1929, Century Towers was originally designed as the premier elderly housing project in St. Joseph, Missouri. In 2001, Century Towers was listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Finished in June 2002, SWD provided construction documentation and administration for the complete renovation of the building into 36 apartments.Consists of 36 apartments and community spaces.
