COFFEE LOFTS

Coffee Lofts has 49 loft residential units within six-stories.

Originally built in 1916, this steel and concrete building was renovated as rental units in 1999.

In 2006, the building was converted from rental to condominium. SWD provided full architectural services for both the apartment renovation and condominium conversion project.

The final exterior paint scheme was selected from several schemes that were created “virtually” with the use of computer software; a glass entrance canopy design was also studied.
