Historic renovation and adaptive reuse to apartments and commercial space

The Ebeneezer building was built in 1890 and is on the National Historic Register. The program for this 5 story brick and heavy timber building consists of 25 loft style apartment units and 1st floor commercial space. SWD services included schematic design, construction documents and construction administration.
