Family Medical Care Stanley Clinic

This $1.3M - 10,348 square feet free- standing medical office facility is currently designed to accommodate four family practice physicians with a long-range master plan capable of adding up to 20,000 square feet. It now contains four physician offices, two nurse stations, twelve exam rooms, two procedure rooms, laboratory and radiology. Staff support areas include business office, file storage, conference room and break room. Patient waiting is handled by two waiting rooms. One for regular patient traffic and the other for priority care patients who arrive without a scheduled appointment. Additional site features include a bike and hike trail, as well as a wet bottom retention pond to handle site water runoff.
