Preferred Family Healthcare

SWD provided design services to convert an existing 16,000 square foot financial institution into a non-profit adolescent drug treatment center. The design program called for administrative and counselor offices, bedrooms, dining facilities, and an outpatient treatment area. This facility provides a full continuum of care from residential and day treatment to intensive inpatient, outpatient, and aftercare.

The completed design was then used to obtain all the required building permits and for bidding by client’s preselected general contractor.
