SAN REGIS APARTMENTS

Historic renovation and adaptive reuse to residential apartments

Originally known as the Wyeth Flats, this 3-story building was constructed in 1908 and is located in downtown St. Joseph, Missouri at 1015 Faraon Street. Developed as multi-level town homes, the building was later remodeled into apartments sometime in the 1940’s and continues to operate as multi-family residences today. Built over 97 years ago to fill the housing demands for citizens needing easy access to mass transportation and the commercial business district, the building stands today as a testimony of the continued need for affordable, accessible, quality housing in thriving downtown St. Joseph.
San Regis Apartments consists of 35 one-bedroom units with one bath, 4 two-bedroom units with two baths, and 1 two-bedroom unit with one bath. Each unit has central heating and air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, carpeting, mini-blinds, and washer & dryer hookups. Every unit is hardwired for Internet access to allow for a technology accessible opportunity. San Regis Apartments offers the advantage of a conveniently located housing alternative with modern conveniences geared toward the lifestyles of center city workers.
