Historic renovation and adaptive reuse to residential apartments

Originally the William G. Hesse and Son Carriage Company Building, Star Lofts is a historic restoration and adaptive reuse project comprised of 46 loft style apartment units.

The project program for Star Lofts consisted of full historic restoration of the exterior, interior modification for stair and elevator shafts, concrete floor finishes on all levels and a fitness center.

SWD services included schematic design, construction documents and construction administration.
